Digital  processing, modelling, and simulation

Each mold is designed with great care and high precision. The design is digitally processed according to the characteristics, shape and material of the desired item, the material of the mold and the properties of the injection - blow machine. Computer simulation with CAD/CAM software is used in order to test the performance and function of the mold. Flow analysis and design optimization guarantees excellent functionality of the finished product. We use ZW3D and VERO Software which allow for quick and successful development of elaborate mold designs.
