Code export and completion of the project

In the final stage, the mold is manufactured based on the 3D digital model developed in earlier stages. Code export enables effective communication between CAD/CAM software, CNC machines and conventional machinery, ensuring their smooth, coordinated operation. Our molds are equipped with PEDROTTI plates, manifolds and nozzles by THERMOPLAY. Mold components are made of steel procured from MEUSBURGER and UDDEHOLM. Some of the mold parts are processed with heat treatment and refrigerant circuit as required.
